Quality Dept. Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Assist department manager in daily administrative work;
2. Collect and follow up department KPI status;
3. Coordinate and monitor department target status;
4. Coordinate and control department cost centre report;
5. Support Manager to follow up project status and other open task implementation;
6. Create PR in SAP and maintain system data;
7. Handle document management in dept. level;
8. Make dept. meeting minutes and follow up;
9. Handle other relevant admin. work

Requirements:

1. College degree or above;
2. Good communication skills, team work spirit;
3. Good ability in English, especially in writing and speaking;
4. Efficient and systematic working style;
5. Administration experience in foreign companies would be advantageous;
6. Good computer skills especially for MS office (excel, word, power point)
