Responsibilities:
1. Lead assembly line inspector team;
2. Conduct survey, establish and supervise the implementation of the correction measures, troubleshooting;
3. Follow and confirm Engineering Change technical implementation ;
4. Implement the inspection plan for assembly processes;
5. Conduct workplace audit;
6. Offer guidance and correction for the measurement instruments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of university with major in mechanical engineering;
2. At least 3 years quality engineering background in manufacturing field;
3. Experience in metrology inspection methods;
4. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
5. Good computer skills;
6. Independent, flexible and teamwork spirit;
7. Have already accepted training and education related to quality;
8. Good background in SPC;
9. Good background in FMEA
