Position Responsibilities:
- This position has the responsibility to participate in and contribute to leadership development and organizational effectiveness to support growing the talent and business;
- Work with business leaders to diagnose talent development needs and provide solutions (i.e. training, coaching, mentoring, tailored workshops);
- Support the company's people strategy to embed a consistent and effective Talent and Succession Planning process;
- Design, develop and implement effective training and development programs and follow up the activities;
- Drive Annual Performance Review Process by providing guidance to business leaders regarding key activities and responsibilities at each stage of the process (plan, implementation, feedback, development) to coaching on critical conversations with the goal that our employees have meaningful development
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business filed;
- more than 5 years experience in Learning and Development function;
- Strong partnering and influencing skills;
- Analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to develop creative ideas and provide valuable talent development solutions to business leaders;
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
