The Outing, one of the most popular employee activities at Stihl Qingdao in 2016 was held during March to July, during which six travel routes were selected by the employees and altogether 668 of Stihlers have taken the trip.
During the past more than three months, Stihlers have enjoyed different beautiful experiences along with different routes. They have either experienced the culture atmosphere in ancient city Tairzhuang, or took a lovely trip to the Weihai wildlife park, or flied to Korea for a taste of foreign culture. Some have chosen to spend a relaxing weekend with family in a 5-start hotel at Huangdao, or stayed at a beautiful B&B at Laoshan or took a hot spring trip at the Ocean Spring Resort.
While enjoying the beautiful views and delicious food, Stihlers get to know the colleagues better and the team cohesiveness is enhanced. Lovely memories were recorded in the photos and in the heart of stihlers.
